Refund policy
At Camali, we always strive to process orders accurately, but occasionally, errors can happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
You may return any unopened products in their original condition for a full refund or exchange, as long as the return is made within 30 days from the purchase date. Please ensure that the item is still sealed and securely packaged.
Please note: We do not accept returns of fragrance oils should you change your mind. This is due to the specific nature of the product and hygiene reasons.
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable to damaged products, and we will require photos or a video as proof of damage before proceeding.
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

- Include the following information:
- Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Indicate if you prefer a refund, exchange, or replacement
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on the return process. We process returns, exchanges, and replacements as soon as we receive your items. Please ensure you keep a proof of postage receipt when returning your goods, as we cannot reimburse postage costs.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. The refunded amount will be the same as the price you originally paid for the item(s).
